Refund Service

In the event that you are dissatisfied with an item you purchased for any reason, we would like to do our best to correct the problem. 

 

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned for merchandise credit, or replaced with the same item (in the event that the original is defective) within 30 days from receiving the item.

 

Requirements for returns are as follows:

• Merchandise may only be returned for merchandise credit or replaced with the same item.

• Merchandise exchange process must be initiated within 30 days of receiving order.

• Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unused, and unwashed.

• Merchandise must have all original parts, tags, packaging, etc.

• Discounted, sale, clearance, and “final sale” items may not be returned.

• Food, drink, and other perishable items are not eligible for return.
