In the microwave: 1 microwave popcorn bowl 3 tablespoons oil (canola oil, coconut oil, peanut oil or olive oil may be used) **optional** 4oz. Amish Country Popcorn (any color)
 
Place 2/3 cup (4oz.) of amish country popcorn (any color) into the bottom of the bowl. Add 3 tablespoon of oil to popcorn (optional). Put the lid on the popper and place it into the microwave. Cook on high for 3 – 5 minutes. Cooking times will vary depending on the microwave. When popping slows to 1 or 2 seconds between pops, cooking is complete. Do not over cook or popcorn will burn! Remove popper from microwave. Season popcorn to taste with amish country ballpark style popcorn salt. Note: bowl will be hot!
